Terms of engagement

These Terms govern access to https://system-nodebase.click and engagements with System Nodebase Co., Ltd. (“System Nodebase”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or commissioning an assessment, you agree to these Terms. Governing law is the law of Thailand, and courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction unless a written engagement letter states otherwise.

Acceptance

Continuing to browse the site or submitting a contact form constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Written statements of work or engagement letters prevail over website summaries if they conflict.

Services described

Pages describing assessments, rates, and field processes are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties sign or otherwise confirm a written scope, timeline, and fee.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and our methodologies remain the property of System Nodebase Co., Ltd. Client data and exports you supply remain yours. Deliverables created under a paid engagement are licensed to the commissioning client for internal operational use unless the engagement letter grants broader rights.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of counter exports, site lists, and access permissions you provide, and for securing any landlord or venue approvals required for measurement days.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, System Nodebase is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from site use or from decisions made after an assessment brief. Aggregate liability under a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Website use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access to systems, or scrape content for competitive reuse. We may suspend access that threatens site integrity.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Material changes to an active paid engagement require written notice to the named client contact.
