Evidence from desks and corridors

Supervisors and quality leads describe specific assessments, constraints, and outcomes — including the occasional follow-up session that was still needed.

“The assessment gave our supervisors a ranked action list instead of another raw export. We still had to wait two weeks for landlord access on one rooftop, but the rest of the cluster moved in a clear order.”

Nattapong S. — Regional service manager, eastern corridor · Network Performance Field Assessment

“The facilitated timeline forced us to agree on when the first counter anomaly actually appeared. Mild reservation: we needed a second session for transmission stakeholders who missed the first morning.”

Waranya P. — NOC lead, Bangkok metro · Incident Performance Debrief

“Walking the night-market streets with their notes in hand finally explained why our downtown counters looked fine while vendors kept calling the desk.”

Anucha K. — RF supervisor, northern markets · Coverage Walk Review

“Their Songkran brief ranked exit-road sectors we had been treating as secondary. Leadership approved temporary capacity measures before the travel peak, not after.”

Stabilising a returning quality theme across three provinces

For four months our eastern and central desks kept reopening tickets around the same mid-band sectors after rain. Monthly Performance Support from System Nodebase became the place those tickets were compared side by side. Each month’s note listed which sectors had genuine counter degradation, which looked like indoor venue seasonality, and which needed a Coverage Walk Review. By the third month the returning ticket volume dropped enough that supervisors could reclaim Friday afternoons for planned maintenance instead of complaint triage. The work did not invent a new network; it made the existing evidence usable for the people who dispatch crews.

Campus handoff after a radio refresh

After a vendor refresh on a university campus, student complaints shifted from lecture halls to the surrounding canteen streets. The Field Assessment paired counter windows with short measurement walks during class changeovers. The pack showed delayed handovers on two neighbour cells and a foliage block on a third sector that remote tuning alone would not have revealed. Facilities pruned the foliage; RF corrected the neighbours. Complaints did not vanish overnight, but the desk finally had a shared explanation instead of competing theories.
