A Site Visit Checklist Built for Quality Tickets

What to verify on the ground when a quality ticket keeps returning after remote parameter changes.

Remote parameter changes clear some quality tickets. Others return within days because the street still sees something the counters dilute. A disciplined site visit checklist keeps those return visits short.

Arrive with three artefacts: the ticket history, the last counter window for the sector, and a sketch of neighbouring cells. On site, verify physical orientation against the sketch, note new blockers such as construction screens or foliage, and capture serving-cell samples at the complaint address itself—not only at the tower gate.

If indoor complaints dominate, spend time at the entrance and the deepest occupied floor rather than only the lobby. Elevator shafts, parking decks, and rear loading bays often tell a different story from the street façade.

Leave with a one-page closeout: what matched the remote view, what contradicted it, and which follow-up belongs to RF, transmission, or facilities. That closeout is the difference between a useful visit and another vague ticket note.
